NB just placed another *huge* order from Ponoko. This Obama necklace is from our last order and we finally have them for sale.

I prefer the charms filled in. I think they look so good.

The only problem we’ve had is that the parts always have a white film on them…and after lots of trail and error figured out a way to get this residue off. Secret reciepe #101 ;p, but it’s kinda of a pain to do this procedure everytime we order something. Just sayin’.

I don’t know what NB and I are going to do? Probably grab something good to eat and watch some tv. I really want to see Pineapple Express. It’s getting alot of good reviews and everyone seems to like it.

Oh how I wish I could have seen John in concert this year…I saw him once back in 2005. Maroon 5 opened for him and when they were singing “She will be loved” it *was* raining…just like the song says…”I don’t mind spending everyday…out on your corner in the pouring rain”

emo jackets

Ok ok…we didn’t think this actually existed…but NB googled “emo jacket”. Let me tell you why and this will probably help other people who were stumped as well…

Why the heck are little kids running around with jackets on in 100+ degree weather? Yesterday when I was at the lake one of my brother’s friends was wearing a jacket!!!!!!! What the heck???? but I have even seen this before yesterday! My little brother and sister woud walk to school with jackets on in the summer!

When NB came home he asked me “What is up with kids wearing jackets?” I asked him why…and he said because he saw 2 kids walking home in black jackets….mind you we do live in freaking Texas!
